At Medic Attire, we make sure to provide only the best for you.

If there is any issue with your order for any reason, we offer a 10-day return/exchange/refund policy. The items you want to return are in a brand-new condition and haven't been worn, laundered or soiled.

If you do need to return something, make sure to contact us and we'll sort it out. We'll refund the original amount paid minus the incurred shipping expenses within 14 business days. Please allow one billing cycle for your refund to show up on your credit card statement.

Orders are dispatched for delivery within 24, 48, or 72 hours, or up to 2 - 6 weeks from the date of order placement and payment.

Delivery times vary depending on delivery address, and product availability.

Some products made to order are subject to specific and longer dispatch times since they will have to be manufactured upon a receipt of orders.

Orders received during non-business days are processed on the next business day. After preparation has been concluded, your order will be dispatched to you.
